Hi All,

The following administrative details are needed for the above trip, please provide the confirmed participants info to me :

a)Participants particulars

b) Photocopies of passport :All particpants Must submit 2 photocopies of their passport(front page) & page indicating the date of expiry of your passport.
Passport must be at least 6 months validity.

c) Indemnity Form :Please obtain permission from your parents-form duly signed.(submit hardcopy)

d) Collection of payment *:All participant need to pay not more than $150* for the trip. (* to be confirmed later)

As you know, CASSC consists of 5 sub-groups. But, WAIT. There is another two extra non-cca groups in cassc other than the normal five groups.

design-n-deco: doing decorations for cassc events, performances or more.

lasec: doing sound and lights for cassc events, performances or more.

I would really encourage you all to take up one of this, as you will not only get to learn something new, you will get extra cca points too!

I really hope you will enjoy the Extra- learning process and be proud of the accomplishments you achieved, besides academic excellence. As the saying goes, "You reap what you sow".

It's a long hours of practice on saturday. For some members, it's an inconvenient timeslot. so, the committee decided to push the saturday practice time forward, which is from 1pm to 6 pm.

1- 3.30pm = sessional practice
4- 6pm = Band practice

It will take effect from 1 July.

CASSC is holding a farewell and welcoming party for all 5 sub groups' graduates and freshies.

Date: 8th July 2006 (Saturday)
Time: 5pm
Venue: East Coast Park (New changes)

Everyone needs to pay $4. Please take note. It's compulsory for all members to attend this event.

West Malaysia Cultural Exchange Trip

There will be a West Malaysia Cultural Exchange Trip in this coming September for CASSC groups .

It is scheduled from 25th to 29th September 2006. (5-day trip)

Details are below:

Accomodation: twin sharing room for each participants (Pls confirm your room mate)

*(2 to a room) by 17th june

Fees: about $150 after 50% subsidies (which include insurance, food, accommodation, etc)

Programme: Will be performing at schools in JB and KL.

Reward: 6 cca points

This trip will be accompanied by 4 sdar staff to ensure the students' safety.

Physically unfit, on attachment during that period- members are not encouraged to apply for this trip.

Things to take note:

Once you have confirmed your place, if you want to withdraw last minute, you have to find a replacement to replace you. You will be able to get the refund with valid reason.

If you are not sure whether you are able to go for this trip, i will arrange you in the "maybe list". So that, you will still stand the chance to join this trip once you can confirm with me.

Please seek your parents' consent before confirm to go for this trip. Any queries, can contact me.
